Contribution Plaque Pavilion Fundraiser

Some information for all members as we close season 2018-19.
The Cliff Sambell Pavilion has been rebuilt and we have handed over to the Parkdale Vultures.
The Parkdale CC has made payments to Council and contractors over the past 6 months totalling $52,980.40.
What have these payments been for?
$30,000 was paid to the City of Kingston as part payment of the $50,000 agreed contribution towards the Pavilion reconstruction.
$19980.40 has been paid as the PCC’s share, to contractors for:
AV Cabling & Equipment
External Speakers & Siren
And a further $3,000 as part payment towards the installation of the LED Scoreboard with a further $6,000 required.
In season 2019-20 Parkdale Cricket Club will pay the balance of $20,000 to the City of Kingston for the final instalment of the construction payment and a further $6,000 for installation of the Scoreboard as the PCC’s share. Other costs will be for Trophy display cabinet in the Pavilion Foyer and other fitout costs incurred as they become required.
In 2019-20 the Parkdale CC will have a permanent display board placed in the lobby acknowledging those members who have contributed $250 towards the costs above.
